Interviewers don’t downgrade an L7 candidate because the answer was wrong. Most of the time, they downgrade it because they never heard the company-level thinking that was actually there, buried under a product-level explanation.
This is session 2 of the L7 Product Sense series. I’ll refresh the 7 signals that separate an L6 answer from an L7 one: Altitude, Enterprise Scope, Executive Influence, Tradeoff Sophistication, Systems Thinking, Ownership Posture, and Clarity & Executive Presence, along with the sentence structure patterns that keep the right thinking from getting buried in rambling, hedging, or long-winded answers.
Then I’ll demo it live, taking a real L6 answer and elevating it to L7, step by step, so you can hear exactly what changes and why. At each step, we will go through the self-check questions that will help elevate the answer.
You don’t need to have attended session 1 to follow along. This session stands on its own.
